Homogeneous thin films of Molybdenum oxide (MoO3) were grown on quartz and glass substrates using the thermal evaporation method. XRD results showed that the MoO3 powder has a polycrystalline structure with an orthorhombic crystal system whereas the MoO3 thin films have amorphous nature. SEM images showed that the MoO3 thin films have a nearly uniform surfaces with worm-like shape grains. The film thickness influences on the linear and nonlinear optical characteristics of MoO3 thin films that were examined using spectrophotometric measurements and from which, the linear optical constants of the MoO3 thin films were estimated. The electronic transition type was determined as a direct allowed one. The values of the optical band gap were obtained to be in the range of 3.88–3.72 eV. The dispersion parameters, third-order nonlinear optical susceptibility, and the nonlinear refractive index of the MoO3 thin films were determined and interpreted in the light of the single oscillator model. The temperature dependence of the DC electrical conductivity and the corresponding conduction mechanism for the MoO3 films were investigated at temperatures ranging from 303 to 463 K.  相似文献

A highly durable proton exchange membranes (PEM)s based on covalently supported ionic liquid (IL) bearing sulfonic acid imidazolium groups were successfully fabricated. The membrane preparation involved radiation induced grafting of 1-vinyl imidazole (1-VIm) onto poly(ethylene-co-tetraflouroethene) (ETFE) film, followed by covalent immobilization of 3-sulfopropyl and subsequent treatment with trifluoromethanesulfonic acid. The ionic conductivity of the supported IL membranes was increased with the increase in the concentration of IL and reached a maximum value of 138 mS cm−1 in a fully hydrated state with an ion exchange capacity of 4.82 mmol g−1 that is higher than Nafion with a similar thickness. The membranes displayed excellent chemical and mechanical stability. In addition, the dimensional and thermal stability of supported IL-membranes were significantly higher than commercial Nafion membranes.  相似文献

Novel ionic liquids and organic salts based on mono- or dianionic zoledronate and protonated superbases, choline and n-alkylmethylimidazolium cations, were prepared and characterized by spectroscopic and thermal analyses. Most of the prepared salts display amorphous structures and very high solubility in water and saline solutions, especially the dianionic salts. Among the zoledronate-based ionic compounds, those containing choline [Ch] and methoxyethylmethylimidazolium [C3OMIM] cations appear to have significant cytotoxicity against human osteosarcoma cells (MG63) and low toxicity toward healthy skin fibroblast cells. Because osteosarcoma is a bone pathology characterized by an increase in bone turnover rate, the results presented herein may be a promising starting point for the development of new ionic pharmaceutical drugs against osteosarcoma.  相似文献

在常压下测定了甲苯+乙醇+1-癸基-3-甲基咪唑醋酸盐([C_(10)MIM][OAc])三元物系的等压气液相平衡数据,使用Aspen软件中NRTL模型对三元气液相平衡数据进行关联,通过计算得到方程参数。实验结果表明,[C_(10)MIM][OAc]的加入对甲苯有显著的盐析效应,[C_(10)MIM][OAc]摩尔分数越大效果越明显,当[C_(10)MIM][OAc]摩尔分数达到0.15时甲苯-乙醇的共沸现象完全消失。由NRTL模型计算出[C_(10)MIM][OAc]打破甲苯-乙醇体系共沸的最小摩尔分数为0.139 7。[C_(10)MIM][OAc]可以用作分离甲苯-乙醇共沸体系的萃取剂。  相似文献

Boron carbide and Tantalum boride composites were prepared by pressureless sintering of B4C with addition of TaC powder. The effect of TaC addition on the sinterability of boron carbide was studied. High densified ceramic with a relative density of 98.7% was obtained at sintering temperature of 2250°C. The composition and the microstructure of the dense composites are characterized by means of x-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and energy-dispersive x-ray spectroscopy (EDX). The studies show that the composites contain boron carbide, TaB2, and carbon phases with a homogeneous structure. In addition, the correlation between the composition and the electrical conductivity was investigated. The electrical conductivity of the composite increased with increasing addition of TaC, and a change in conduction behavior from semiconducting to metallic was observed. High hardness value of 28.49 ± 1.33 GPa was obtained by the sample with 30 wt% TaC addition.  相似文献

In this work, 3D printable gel polymer electrolytes (GPEs) based on N,N‐dimethylacrylamide (DMAAm) and polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) in lithium chloride containing ethylene glycol solution are synthesized and their physicochemical properties are investigated. 3D printing is carried out with a customized stereolithography type 3D gel printer named “Soft and Wet Intelligent Matter‐Easy Realizer” and free forming GPE samples having variable shapes and sizes are obtained. Printed PVDF/PDMAAm‐based GPEs exhibit tunable mechanical properties and favorable thermal stability. Electrochemical proprieties of the printed GPEs are carried out via impedance spectroscopy in the temperature range of 25–90 °C by varying PVDF content. Ionic conductivity as high as 6.5 × 10?4 S cm?1 is achieved at room temperature for GPE containing low PVDF content (5 wt%) and conductivity of the GPEs is increased as temperature rises.  相似文献

A new proton conductor based on 1H-1,2,3-triazole doped nanocrystalline cellulose (2.66 CNC-Tri) has been synthesized for possible use as an electrolyte in proton exchange membrane (PEM) cells. The physicochemical properties of 2.66 CNC-Tri were determined and compared with those of imidazole-doped nanocrystalline (1.17 CNC-Im) and pure nanocrystalline cellulose (CNC). The composites were obtained in the form of a film and their synthesis proceeded under vacuum. The maximum conductivity of 2.66 CNC-Tri was measured to be 0.1 × 10−4 S/m at 175 °C and that of 1.17 CNC-Im to be 1.6 × 10−2 S/m at 155 °C, in the anhydrous state. The composite 2.66 CNC-Tri, compared to 1.17 CNC-Im, has much better thermal properties manifested as stability of the matrix and durability of the heterocyclic molecule. The lifetimes of 2.66 CNC-Tri fulfills the requirements of the U.S. Department of Energy for the minimum lifetimes of a PEM based fuel cell for cars.  相似文献

The effects of quenching in different ways following solid-solution treatment on properties and precipitation behaviors of 7050 alloy were investigated by transmission electron microscopy (TEM), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), selected area electron diffraction (SAED), hardness and electrical conductivity tests. Results show that after quenching in different ways, electrical conductivity of the alloy decreases rapidly in the first 48 h of natural aging. The electrical conductivity of 7050 alloy in natural aging state is determined by the size and density of GP zones, and the size of GP zones is the main factor. After natural aging for 70 d, the size of GP zones is 1.8–2.6 nm in matrix of the immersion quenched sample and it is 1.4–1.8 nm in matrix of both water mist and forced air quenched samples. After natural and artificial peak aging, the hardness of the water mist quenched sample is HV 193.6 and its electrical conductivity is 30.5% (IACS) which are both higher than those of the immersion quenched sample. Therefore, water mist quenching is an ideal quenching method for 7050 alloy sheets after solid-solution treatment.  相似文献
